About Us

VForce Management Team

The VForce front line team is made up of enthusiastic individuals who truly enjoy the camaraderie and satisfaction that comes with completing a job well. At VForce Commercial Cleaning the qualities we look for are ones that make someone, not just a good employee, but a good person as well. It’s safe to say the VForce people you may occasionally see in your hallways are reliable, efficient, polite and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Needless to say, we thoroughly screen all our team members prior to hiring. VForce is a member in good standing of the Better Business Bureau and the Greater Victoria Chamber of Commerce and is fully insured and bondable.

Our Values

Our values serve as a compass for our actions. Some cleaning companies prefer to keep their values private. We like to share them with our clients.

They are as follows:

  • To build a business with a reputation for integrity and quality work.
  • To operate a business for which we have enthusiasm and pride.
  • To provide jobs that help people reach their personal goals.

Safety First

In the course of business, VForce does employ hazardous chemicals from time to time. To ensure the safety of all involved, we require all front line team members to successfully complete the WHMIS program (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System).
